Unleash Your Power Within

A friend of mine recently went to his first ever Unlease Your Power Within with Tony Robbins!

"It was exciting to be in the room with 4000 other people, who despite “tough” economic times were willing to step up. During tough times we are faced with choices. Do we hide somewhere until its over, or do we breakthrough and turn fear into power. This is what this weekend was all about. Turning your biggest fears into your biggest allies.
We learned about the six basic human needs of Certainty, Uncertainty, Significance, Connection, Love, and Growth & Contribution. Everyone has these needs, but some people might value some over others, this is what makes us unique.

Another thing I learned was the Ultimate Success Formula. This formula can help you set out a plan to achieve your desired outcome. It’s a 5 step plan for success:

1) Know Your outcome - not just what you want, but EXACTLY, very detailed. Like how much money do you want, what exactly do you want in a relationship, where exactly is your ideal place to live?

2) Know your reasons why. Tony Robbins calls himself the Why guy. 80% of success is why, 20% is mechanics. When you have a big enough “why” for what you are doing, the how becomes very easy.

3) Take Massive Action! While I love the law of attraction and knowing that everything you want is already there for you, taking massive action towards your desired goal is a must!

4)Know what you are getting - Be able to measure the results that you are getting along the way.

5) If you are not getting the results, Change your approach. And if you still aren’t getting the results, change your approach again, and again, and again, until you move toward your desired result!
